MR. SANJEEV RAWAL
Mr. Sanjeev Rawal is a Chartered Accountant
by profession and also an associate with Petro Cons India.
Mr. Rawal has more than 12 years Post Qualification experience
in Finance, Accounts & Taxation matters and currently
also advising Indraprastha Gas Limited in these areas. His
other clients are LNG Petronet, Adani Group (Gas Division),
Ruchi Oil & Vanaspati, etc.
Mr. Rawal is one of the promoters of Petro Cons India.
MR. K.Nagabhushanam Rao
Mr. K Nagabhushanam Rao has over 12 years of experience in the HR profession in areas covering the entire lifecycle of an employee. His work experience in HR is in different verticals of IT Software and Hardware, Telecom and Office Automation in companies like Newgen Software technologies ltd., Spice Corp and Modi Olivetti. His last stint was as the head of talent acquisition HR of a software company and currently is working as an independent HR consultant. He has a very clear idea of business in India, is passionate about people and is a very highly Networked individual. His current focus is on End to End Hr consulting for clients including senior level talent acquisition.
Mr. Rao possesses dual Master degrees in Statistics and Business management.
Mr. Rao has extensively worked on HR assignments connected to Talent Acquisition, Job profiling and role clarity exercises, Setting up HR processes , Building Quality and HR manuals, Employee Engagement, Employee Feedback and retention initiatives, Performance management, KRA and goal setting exercises, Benchmarking of processes, HR automation, Compensation and benefits, Compensation Benchmarking, Reward and recognition Systems, Merger and acquisition scenarios etc. |
